Ernest Lee Hardin, Sr., 86, Odessa, died Sunday, Feb. 28, 2010 at the Norman Veterans Center in Norman, Okla.
He was born Dec. 13, 1923 in Odessa, the son of Sam A. Hardin and Hattie Belle Smith Hardin.
He is a veteran of WWII, and served in the Central Europe Campaign, the Rhineland and Northern France.
He worked for several construction companies in the Kansas City area. He is a retired member of Local #264 of Kansas City.
He graduated from Odessa High School in 1942. He is survived by one son Lee Hardin and wife Kate, Pauls Valley, Okla; one daughter Becky Hardin, Pauls Valley, Okla; one sister Dorothy Neaubaugh, Lexington Care Center in Lexington.
